It was less noticible before tonight, when I was out for a drive and I had to tap the throttle (thus revving the engine) to get the car to idle back down at its normal 700-850 RPM (the cam). I'll troubleshoot it this weekend. This, along with annoying city driving being the only kind I do, is not helping my fuel consumption.

I have the opposite problem. When I push in the clutch from a higher RPM, the revs fall and idle never catches them, the car stalls.
If I bring the revs down to 900-100 while it's still in gear, it idles fine.

At least its not getting stuck WOT under boost....fucking terrifying that occasionally some of the turbo cars I owned wouldn't close the throttle blade under full boost....My Supra was most well known for that haha
So much boost it held the plate open.
Off topic, but relative to sticky throttle.

Sounds like a dirty throttle body. Some can be a bitch to clean well. Good luck!

sounds like the idle air control motor isn't doing it's job. It will typically open a bit on decel to prevent exactly that. What are you driving?

It is pant shitting enducing.....I was making maybe 18ish psi no idea on power cause the car was never dyno'd but it was scary, then I learned that a heavy duty return spring helps a lot
